3.Application
Cinnamaldehyde has very special smell, it wildly used as speics; food additives in chewing gum, ice cream, beverage and canndies. It also used in perfume. Cinnamaldehyde has low toxicity, it can used as pesticide and insecticide, it kills mosquito larva very efficiently. Cinnamaldehyde also used in antibiotics and anti-cancer drugs. It also can be used in antirust additive, dispersing agent, surface active agent and solvent.
